| 1) Install the telnet server
service in the Windows 2000. |
| 2) Start the Telnet service
Start the services control panel.
"Start / Services / Control Panel / Administrative Tools /
Services"
or
"Programs / Administrative Tools / Services"

Start the Telnet service.

Right click, and click on "Start service" option. |
| 3) Set the Telnet Service
configuration. |
Start the Telnet Administrator.
Start / Run / Tlntadmn.exe |

| Set to 0 the NTLM option. |
 |
| 4) Create a telnet user. |
Create a new user by :
"Start / Programs / Administrative Tools / Computer
Management".
Create a user to log-on with the Telnet terminal.
Give a simple and short (easy to key) name and password.

| Set the new user member of Power Users. |
 |
| 5) Set the TPF program
Put the TPF.exe program in the "C:\" disk and directory.
Or in other directory easy to reach.
Put the files to print in the same directory.

| 6) Log-on with the terminal
Connect to the W2000 server.
Give the user name and password.
Start the TPF program
